The Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) invites researchers, academics, and specialists in ICT and digital accessibility to participate in the 10th International Conference on ICT and Accessibility (ICTA’25), to be held on December 7-10, 2025, in Kuwait.
The Conference will be held concurrently with the 2nd International Conference and Forum on Assistive Technologies for Special Needs (ATSN’25), which will provide a valuable opportunity for experts in assistive technologies and digital accessibility to share knowledge and research.
The International Conference on ICT and Accessibility is organized in partnership with the Kuwait College of Science and Technology (KCST), and in collaboration with the United Nations Office in Kuwait, the UNESCO Regional Office in Doha, the LaTICE Laboratory at the University of Tunis, the Tunisian Association for E-Accessibility (E-access), the IEEE Kuwait Section, along with several relevant regional and international institutions.
Researchers are invited to submit scientific papers addressing ICT in connection with accessibility and digital inclusion. Topics include but are not limited to:
- Assistive technologies for persons with disabilities
- Universal design and access to digital content
- Artificial intelligence and the inclusion of persons with disabilities
- Smart learning and educational inclusion
- Interactive systems and sign languages
- Tools for digital accessibility assessment
