This event is part of ALECSO's efforts to foster scientific cooperation between Arab and international institutions, contributing to the advancement of scientific research and the development of innovative legal solutions.
Experts and academics from Tunisia and Europe attended the Forum and offered fresh insights on international arbitration and its applications in light of global economic transformations.
The launch of the training program in international commercial arbitration, scheduled for May 14-16, 2025, was announced during the Forum.
Participants in this training program include trainees from Algeria and Tunisia. The course aims to enhance their skills in arbitration and sustainable development through lectures and interactive workshops led by specialized experts from Arab and international universities.
The training program also seeks to familiarize participants with the latest developments in international commercial arbitration and its practical applications, ensuring business continuity and balancing the profit-driven goals of commercial enterprises with their social responsibilities.
