Dr. Rahma Bourqia, President of the Higher Council for Education, Training and Scientific Research of the Kingdom of Morocco, received, on October 30, 2026, H.E. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General of ALECSO, during his visit to Morocco.
The meeting addressed ways to strengthen cooperation and coordination between ALECSO and the Higher Council for Education, Training and Scientific Research, and explored prospects for further developing partnership in areas of mutual interest. Particular emphasis was placed on educational and cultural policies, the exchange of expertise and experiences, and support for initiatives aimed at advancing education and scientific research across the Arab world.
The meeting also provided an opportunity to reaffirm the importance of strengthening institutional cooperation between the two parties, in support of joint Arab action and the achievement of ALECSO’s strategic objectives in the fields of education, culture and science.
