H.E. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General of ALECSO, extends his sincere congratulations to H.E. Mr. Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed on his election as Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) at the extraordinary session of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers, held on August 27, 2026, in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
