H.E. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General of ALECSO, participated in the “Transforming Education Summit +4”, held on 10 July 2026 at UNESCO headquarters in Paris.
The Summit brought together high-level participants, including Heads of State and Government, Ministers of Education, heads of international and regional organizations, as well as leading education experts and policymakers.
The Summit was convened as part of follow-up to the implementation of the commitments adopted at the 2022 Transforming Education Summit. It aims to accelerate progress toward achieving SDG4, strengthen the resilience of education systems to future challenges, enhance the quality of education, and harness digital transformation and artificial intelligence to advance educational systems.
