A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on April 1, 2026, at ALECSO headquarters, between the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) and the National School of Administration, Journalism, and Magistracy of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.
The MoU was signed by H.E. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General of ALECSO, and Mr. Mohamed Yahya Al-Saaid, Director-General of the National School of Administration, Journalism, and Magistracy.
The signing ceremony was attended by directors of ALECSO’s technical departments, as well as the delegation accompanying the Director-General of the School.
This MoU reflects the commitment of both parties to strengthening institutional cooperation and advancing joint initiatives in training and capacity-building. It aims to support Arab competencies and enhance professional performance across the fields of administration, journalism, and magistracy; thereby contributing to sustainable development in Arab countries.
