The Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO), represented by its Director-General H.E. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, is honored to extend its warmest congratulations to H.E. Mr. Nabil Fahmy following his appointment, by unanimous vote, as new Secretary-General of the League of Arab States.
