The Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) took part in a celebration, organized on September 27, 2022 in Khartoum, Sudan, to mark the Golden Jubilee of the Arab Organization for Agricultural Development and the Arab Agriculture Day (2022),
ALECSO was represented at this celebration by Dr. Ali Abdullah Al-Naeem, Director of the Khartoum International Institute for the Arabic Language, on behalf of H.E. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar, Director-General, as well as by Mr. Amine Dahmani, from the Department of Science and Scientific Research.
The celebration was also attended by representatives from Arab States and specialized Arab organizations. The General Secretariat of the Arab League was represented by Dr. Mohamed Khair Abdelkader, Director of the Arab Organizations and Federations’ Department.
The Organization launched, on this occasion, the “Arab Program for Sustainable Food Security”, in the presence of Arab Agriculture Ministers and H.E. Dr. Ibrahim El Dukhiri, Director-General of the AOAD.
