- Share experience, expertise, studies and research on adult education and lifelong learning issues;
- Present pioneering Arab and international experiences in adult education and lifelong learning;
- Publish in-depth studies and research on adult education and lifelong learning;
- Establish an annual forum for researchers, academics and all those interested in adult education and lifelong learning, with the aim of promoting exchange and communication and enhancing the role of adult education in the Arab countries.
