ALECSO hosts high-level training course for the preparation of quality auditors in educational and training institutions

A high-level training course for the preparation of quality auditors in education and training institutions kicked off on December 24, 2018 at ALECSO headquarters.
Organized by ALECSO in cooperation with the Tunisian Association for Quality Education, this training course is targeted at education professionals, including inspectors, teachers and administrative staff, along with quality specialists and consultants/experts who wish to develop their skills or to specialize in quality auditing in educational and training institutions.
In his opening statement, Dr. Lattouf Al-Abdullah, Acting-Director of the Education Department, highlighted ALECSO's efforts to spread the culture of comprehensive quality in education and training institutions, in order to enhance their performance and enable them to fulfill their fundamental role in building the new Arab generations at the knowledge, emotional and human levels. He commended the ties of cooperation between ALECSO and other relevant organizations and associations, as part of the principles of integration and joint action in pursuit of common goals. He expressed ALECSO’s readiness to hold similar events in other Arab countries.
The training course focuses on a number of topics, including
- The ethics and rules of the auditor's profession;
- The main principles/terminology relative to the assessment and auditing processes;
- The stages of the auditing process and the specificities/components of each stage;
- The auditing tools and techniques.
The training course is designed to provide trainees with key auditing skills at all stages, from planning and implementation to suggestion of corrective actions and preparation of the final report.
The program involves lectures, presentations, practical activities, case studies, and workshops, along with simulation activities for real audit situations.
